Each From Maple Lane piece is prepared with care and dispatched with efficiency to reach you in perfect time.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your piece to be thoughtfully packed and dispatched.
Shipping
We offer reliable, trackable shipping options both domestically and internationally:
Domestic (Australia)
- Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days — $9.95 AUD
- Express Delivery: 1–4 business days
- Complimentary for orders over $150 AUD
- $14.95 AUD for orders under $150 AUD
New Zealand
- Standard International: 6–14 business days — $14.00 AUD
- Express International: 2–5 business days — $22.00 AUD
United States
- Standard International: 6–14 business days — $20.00 AUD
- Express International: 2–5 business days — $38.00 AUD
Other International (Canada, France, UK & more)
- Standard International: 6–14 business days — $20.00 AUD

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey to you.
Please note:
- Estimated delivery windows are provided as a guide only. Actual timeframes may vary based on your location, customs clearance, and carrier service delays.
- We are not responsible for delays due to postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. From Maple Lane is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Returns
We hope you absolutely adore your From Maple Lane piece, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, bespoke designs, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email us at care@frommaplelane.com with your order details, and we'll guide you through the process with care and clarity.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different piece, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order to ensure availability.
Please keep in mind:
- We do not accept returns outside the 14-day window.
- Items received without prior return approval may be returned to sender.
Completing a purchase signifies agreement to the above terms.
