How do I place an order? –
Simply select your desired piece, choose any applicable size or variation, and click "Add to Cart". Follow the checkout prompts to finalise your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept? –
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? –
We work quickly to pack your pieces. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at care@frommaplelane.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched we will do our best to assist.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When will my order ship? –
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally? –
Yes, we offer international shipping to select regions including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, and more. If your country is eligible, shipping options will appear at checkout.
Will I have to pay duties or customs fees? –
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order? –

Do you offer exchanges? –
At this time, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order to ensure availability.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic? –
Yes. We use skin-friendly bases – 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and premium gold plating – chosen for their gentle feel on sensitive skin.
Can I wear my jewellery everyday? –
Absolutely. Crafted for lasting wear, our designs are waterproof and made to accompany you through every moment.
What's the difference between 14k and 18k gold plating? –
14k plating offers a soft, understated hue, while 18k delivers a richer gold tone. Both finishes are luxurious and durable – simply choose the shade you adore.
Do you use real gemstones or crystals? –
We incorporate a curated mix of natural and lab created stones, selected for their brilliance and clarity. Each setting is designed to look and feel refined.
Are your pearls genuine? –
Yes, we use lustrous freshwater pearls. Because they're organic, pearls prefer a little extra care – avoid perfumes and harsh chemicals to maintain their glow.
Will my jewellery tarnish? –
Our pieces are engineered for longevity and are highly resistant to tarnishing. A quick polish with a soft cloth after wear will preserve their shimmer for years.
What's the best way to store jewellery? –
Keep pieces in a dry, soft-lined pouch or box, ideally separately, to avoid scratches or tangling.
Is stainless steel good quality for jewellery? –
Yes, stainless steel is celebrated for its strength, water resistance and stay-bright finish, making it the perfect foundation for our designs.
How can I keep my pieces looking beautiful? –
