Each personalised piece is made to order once you've chosen your birthstones and metal, so the piece you receive has been created for you alone.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for your piece to be made and prepared for dispatch. Once it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
As each piece is made especially for you, personalised pieces can't be returned or exchanged, so we kindly ask that you check your birthstones carefully before placing your order. Should your piece arrive with a fault, please contact us at care@frommaplelane.com and we'll take care of it.
