Please allow 2–3 weeks for your piece to be made and prepared for dispatch. Once it's on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

As each piece is made especially for you, personalised pieces can't be returned or exchanged, so we kindly ask that you check your birthstones and ring size before placing your order. Should your piece arrive with a fault, please contact us at care@frommaplelane.com and we'll take care of it.
